Clean Eating Weight Loss Meal Plan 35

Breakfast

Honey Walnut Grape Mix (recipe here)

You can use any type of nuts you want, or even a mixture. I used toasted walnuts because they are wholesome and delicious. I liked how filling this clean eating breakfast was. Didn't even need a snack come mid morning. Hope you enjoy it too.

Get recipe at Clean Eating Breakfast.

Mid Morning Snack

Persimmon Slices

Lunch

Fresh Spring Mix with Fig Slices in Greek Yogurt Poppy Seed Dressing

Loved this salad!

It was crunchy, refreshing and sweet. The Greek Yogurt poppy seed dressing was fantastic! I definitely recommend this for clean eating.

Afternoon Snack

Fresh Apple Crisp Topping over Frozen Greek Yogurt or Artisan Ice-Cream (recipe here)

You can still have dessert in Clean Eating, and today's clean eating snack is a delicious way to enjoy frozen treats.

I've always had a soft spot for ice-cream, but it's better if it's Artisan-made with all-natural ingredients. Also, I've recently discovered frozen Greek yogurt, and it's equally creamy and scrumptious.

The home-made apple crisp is a wonderful topping for ice-cream or frozen yogurt. It's certainly healthier than a lot of other choices.

I hope you get a chance to make it. You can get the recipe at Clean Eating Snack Idea.

Dinner

Clean Eating Teriyaki Chicken (get recipe here)

This was a delicious dinner! The teriyaki sauce is homemade as well, and you can find the recipe at clean eating teriyaki sauce.

The chicken was tender; the vegetables were crunchy; and the sauce was sweet and savory.

I think you will enjoy this dish, so please get the recipe at clean eating teriyaki.

If I must pick a favorite meal from today, it would have to be my clean eating lunch of spring mix salad with figs. It's different from other meals I've tried.

Thanks again for stopping by.

Breakfast

Scrambled Eggs Topped with Blue Cheese and Pepper, with a Side of Grapes

I understand that not everyone likes blue cheese, so you can switch blue cheese with any type of cheese you want. Personally, I enjoy blue cheese, and feel that they go well with eggs. Regardless, this clean eating breakfast was protein-rich and delicious.

Mid Morning Snack

Crunchy Tomato, Mozzarella and Pesto Stack (get recipe here)

This clean eating snack was easy to make--and refreshing too. Love pesto, as well as the extra crunch by the cucumbers.

You can find the recipe at Clean Eating Snack Idea.

 Lunch

Baked Chicken with Vegetable Oyster Sauce

I like baked chicken because it's a simple and healthy meal. Also, you can add any flavor to make it tastier.

For today's clean eating lunch, I topped the chicken with sweet and tangy vegetable oyster sauce, and added a side of steamed broccoli. It was delicious and nutritious. It also took less than 30 minutes to make.

Afternoon Snack

Fresh Fruits

Today I had banana slices, grapes and blueberries. Excellent way to snack!

Dinner

Chicken and Sweet Pea Stir Fry (get recipe here)

This clean eating dinner was a smart way to include both protein and vegetables. The natural sweetness of the peas combined well with salty soy sauce. Loved how healthy the dish was too. I think you will enjoy it.

Organic Oatmeal Topped with Banana and Apple Slices

This was a simple breakfast, but sometimes simple works better.

It was a tasty idea, and I hope you try it.

 Mid Morning Snack

Think Thin Crunch Bar (from this place)

These bars were fantastic!

They're gluten-free, made of fruits and nuts, and a great source of protein and fiber. Also, they have 70% less sugar than other brands. Lastly, they are sweet and satisfying. I've a feeling you'll like them.

Find them at ThinkThin Bars.

Lunch

Turkey, Avocado and Gouda Sandwich (recipe here)

This clean eating sandwich was a stack of deliciousness: turkey, bacon and avocado exploded with flavor. The combination of their varying texture worked well too.

I enjoyed this sandwich very much. Certainly hope you try it too.

Afternoon Snack

Apple, Banana and Nut Butter Stack (recipe here)

We are all about mixing flavors and textures today, but hey, it works. Today's clean eating snack is no exception.

The crunchy apple slices mended well with soft banana and creamy nut butter. (I'm using Wild Friends All-Natural Peanut Butter, by the way. It was soooooooo good!)

You can find the recipe at Clean Eating Snack.

Dinner

Creamy Tomato Sauce Over Baked Chicken (get recipe here)

A creamy sauce is a great way to dress up chicken.

I like today's creamy tomato sauce because it's flavorful and different. Plus, love that my chicken was no longer plain.

You can find the recipe at Clean Eating Dinner - Creamy Tomato Sauce.

Well. That's all for today's clean eating meal plan.

Hope you enjoyed all the food, and got some great clean eating ideas.

See you next time!

Breakfast

Scrambled Egg, Whole Wheat Toast and Fruits

This was a typical breakfast, but had all the essentials. Plus, it was delicious. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Mid Morning Snack

Cucumber Slices, Grapes and Honey Dew

Lunch

Cucumber and Tomato Pasta Salad (recipe here)

Clean eating salad? Yes please!

Today's clean eating lunch was made with quinoa pasta, but you can also use whole wheat pasta. It tasted just as good as regular pasta, except it's better for you.

After cooking and draining the pasta, I added vegetables, herbs and oil. The entire meal took less than 30 minutes, and tasted great.

Excellent idea for a quick lunch! Hope you like it. Find recipe at Clean Eating Lunch Recipe.

Afternoon Snack

Triple Berry Smoothie (recipe here)

Awesome, awesome smoothie! That's all I have to say :O)

Dinner

Turkey Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

If you run out of clean eating ideas, salad is the way to go.

Tonight, all I found in the fridge were salad and lunch meat. (Turkey was Organic Roasted Turkey Breast by Apple Gate. It tasted great, and is certified organic and antibiotic free. I highly recommend it for clean eating.)

In desperation, I rolled the turkey slices, added them to a bed of salad, and drizzled balsamic vinaigrette dressing on top. The meal was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely do this again.

Hope you enjoyed today's clean eating meal plan.
