It has been a much better week as compared to the past few. Managed 3 runs each ~20minutes, 1 25 min brisk walk and 2 workouts from the Jillian Michaels 30 DS. So I am a happy camper so far.
Food has been good too, except some banana bread pudding I had yesterday evening. I have been keeping myself in check with the food, promising myself a treat over the weekend.
