Yo-yo-ing between 73kgs & 74 kgs for the past month and it is irritating the hell out of me. more so because I have been eating really well sticking to 1300-1400 calories most of the days.
I have started walking again at night, approx 30mintues which is apart from the 20minutes I walk from station to home.
