This post has been sitting in my draft for quiet some time now, but being busy with work and my daughter I have had little time to post. Yesterday I met my mom after a long time and she made a comment that I seemed to have lost weight, so did my sister! I was sooo happy! So decided to dig this one out and post it, to see if 5kgs really do make a difference.
